I would like to apply to change my status in Debian to Debian Maintainer.

Since 2012, I have been actively contributing to Debian by creating
all the Orthanc-related packages (orthanc, orthanc-dicomweb,
orthanc-imagej, orthanc-postgresql, orthanc-webviewer,
orthanc-wsi). Orthanc is a free DICOM server for medical imaging.

I would like now to be able to upload the Orthanc-related packages
without requiring Andreas Tille's sponsorship.
