I have worked with Uli Scholler on tinyca and and the local LUG for 12 years
now and I think he is ready to become DD. He already helps listmaster.

I have personally worked with Uli Scholler <uli@scholler.net> (key DE0837244DAFAE6C5DF33AD57EAE264181E773D5) for 12 years now,
and I know Uli Scholler can be trusted to be a full member of Debian, and have unsupervised, unrestricted upload rights, right now.
