I would like to apply to change my status in Debian to Debian Developer,
uploading.

I have been a DM for close to a year, and contributing for years before. I am
the co-maintainer of various lttng related packages [1], and I have done most
of the uploads for quite a while.

I would like to contribute more by being able to upload to the NEW queue, have
easier access to Debian infrastructure like the porter boxes and other
activities restricted to DDs.
