I support Jonathan Cristopher Carter <jcarter@linux.com>'s request to become a Debian Developer, uploading. I have sponsored a number of uploads for him, and I have always been happy with his work. Last year, when advocating him to become a DM, I said that I hoped to see him apply to become a DD soon. I'm glad to see that he's taken that step. I am confident that he can be trusted to be a full member of Debian, and have unsupervised, unrestricted upload rights, right now.
