I would like to apply to change my status in Debian to Debian Developer,
uploading.
I have worked on packaging several Perl modules and developing tools for
the pkg-perl team for a while. I already have upload permission for the
libdbd-oracle-perl package, and eventually I would like to upload other
team packages as well in order to increase the bus factor for the team.
