I support Martin Kepplinger <martink@p…o.de>'s ((key F2082B880F9E423934686E3F500398DF5AB387D3) request to become Debian Maintainer with whom I have worked as a sponsor of the tslib package. Martin communicates nicely, i.e. both in our private email exchange and publicly in reaction to the initial opposition expressed in reaction to his ITP to have this package revived.
- From Martin’s replies to my comments and the overall changes he has done to the package, and not at least from his testing of new versions prior to the upload, I consider Martin as technically capable to take responsibility for future uploads of tslib. And in general, I feel inclined to also trust other packages he may eventually decide to maintain. Please let Martin in.
