Declaration of intent

The most important requirement for changing status in Debian is to make sure that a person actually intends to do so.

This requirement has been approved by Housekeeping Robot <nm@debian.org> 7 years, 11 months ago.

This process has been closed by nm@debian.org on 2017-06-13: no further modifications are possible.

For nm.debian.org, at 2017-06-08:
I would like to apply to change my status in Debian to Debian Maintainer.
I have worked on the tslib and xf86-input-tslib package for a while. I have
the help of Steffen as a sponsor who is doing a great job being patient and
ensuring good quality packages. But all other Debian project members
I got in contact with are overall nice to talk to and I'd be honored to be
able to upload directly, to help more efficiently. I enjoy development in
and around embedded Linux and use Debian long enough to know that I'll stick
with it.
