Developer, uploading. I have personally worked with Elana Hashman
<debian@hashman.ca> (key 7D0B1775E2626DD899D20BEDDECA0C9D30ED9FE3) on
getting the Debian Clojure ecosystem back into shape and I know Elana
Hashman can be trusted to be a full member of Debian, and have
unsupervised, unrestricted upload rights, right now.

I support Elana's request to become a Debian Developer with upload rights.
I had the pleasure to interact with her to sponsor several Clojure related
packages, she is motivated, open-minded and highly skilled. I'm convinced
she'll be a great asset to the project.
