I advocate Ming-ting Yao Wei (key FED5434845287DF262931489CFBBFCE0B74F1B14) to
become Debian Maintainer.

Ming-ting Yao Wei is an active open source community member in Taiwan for a
long time. He is passion in helping people to use Debian by teaching anyone who
has problem one by one. Beside helping people in Debian, he also setup Debian
related event like Stretch Release Party in Taipei, key signing party, and
recruiting for DebConf18 local team.

I co-maintain gcin, and hime with him. His packaging skill is solid. He and I
also work on DebConf18. With his great work, DebConf18 now has a beautiful
logo.
