Application Manager report

For Julien Puydt <julien.puydt@gmail.com> to become DD, upl., an Application Manager has a look at all the information collected on this site, has a look to past contributions, asks a few questions if needed, and tries to build some trust that Julien Puydt should indeed be Debian Developer, uploading.

I'm hereby approving Julien Puydt <julien.puydt@laposte.net> to become
a Debian Developer, with uploading rights on the Debian archive.

Indeed, Julien showed he got the knowledge and skills to become a DD, he
answered correctly to most application questions during the process, and
everyone who worked with him seemed very happy of his contributions to
Debian as well.

Julien also showed me he knows how to correct mistakes of packages
sitting in mentors, which is also a needed skill for a DD.
