For nm.debian.org, at 2017-08-02:

I support José Gutiérrez de la Concha <jose@zeroc.com>'s request to
become Debian Maintainer.

I have worked with José Gutiérrez de la Concha on zeroc-ice to shape
it up for stretch release and he took over the packaging for zeroc-ice
for which he is also upstream, so I would like to not-block him with
the uploads.

I have personally worked with José Gutiérrez de la Concha
<jose@zeroc.com> (key C77273110E65D921EB476E42801F91E2A8F80172) for
more than year (since Jun 2016), and I know José Gutiérrez de la
Concha can be trusted to have upload rights for their own packages,
right now.
