I have known Sergio Durigan Junior <sergiodj@sergiodj.net> (key
237A54B1028728BF00EF31F4D0EB762865FC5E36) for some years now, and we have
worked together on some software freedom advocating projects, and other
projects as well, like rnetclient downstream and upstream.

I trust him to have full, unsupervised, unrestricted upload to the
archive right now; because I trust him to apply the necessary
discretions when doing so.

Hello,

I know Sergio Durigan Junior <sergiodj@sergiodj.net> (key
237A54B1028728BF00EF31F4D0EB762865FC5E36) for more than 7 years and we
worked together on several fronts. Sergio is a very technical developer
and he has demonstrated a strong opinion in favor of Free Software.

Currently Sergio is a Debian Maintainer working on different fronts,
being a maintainer for more than 18 packages, which involves Python,
Javascript and C.

He is an upstream developer for toolchain projects and a key expert on
GDB.  He also has expressed intention to help Hector to maintain GDB.

Other than that, he is also helping the team to work on Alioth
replacement, as for example, he is the one working to package pagure[1].

Moreover, he is a very skilled sys admin and has demonstrated interested
in helping Debian infrastructure.

That said, I trust Sergio and adding him to the list of developers would
help Debian to achieve its goal, from both a social and technical
standpoint.
