I would like to apply to change my status in Debian to Debian Developer, uploading.
I have been maintaining many packages since I became a Debian Maintainer,
namely:

- - Midori.

- - Various libjs-* packages, which are dependencies for pagure.

- - Various python[,3]-* packages, which are also dependencies for
  pagure.

- - rnetclient.

I would like to further extend my roles in the project, and I feel
that being a Debian Developer is the right way to begin doing that.
