I am writing to support Molly de Blanc <deblanc@riseup.net>'s request
to become a non-uploading Debian Developer.  I have known Molly since
2014, near the beginning of my own journey through being a Debian
maintainer, and I count her as a good friend.

Her work in the free software movement is exemplary and includes work
at the Free Software Foundation, OPLC, edX, and the OSI.  For Debian,
she has attended several DebConf's, including co-presenting at the
most recent DebConf in 2017.

I am fully confident that Molly becoming a Debian Developer will help
her to continue bringing her strengths to help Debian.

I have worked with Molly de Blanc as a member of the Outreach team, where she
 - helped coordinate Debian participation in Outreachy in 2015 and again in
   2017;
 - did a lot of the work underpinning the DebConf outreach bursaries in 2015 and
   2016.

I have personally worked with Molly de Blanc <deblanc@riseup.net> (key
ECE5B5BF952A3AEA92C137F9C9230A4849ACE0DB) for years now, and I know she can be
trusted to be a full member of Debian, right now.

I can only hope that having her onboard as a full member of the project will
only help her take further initiatives for diversity and inclusion in the
project.
