Application Manager report

For Molly de Blanc <deblanc@riseup.net> to become DD, non-upl., an Application Manager has a look at all the information collected on this site, has a look to past contributions, asks a few questions if needed, and tries to build some trust that Molly de Blanc should indeed be Debian Developer, non-uploading.

After looking at Molly de Blanc's contributions and after
exchanging emails, IRC conversations and following her work in
several Debian teams, I agree with the advocates that
Molly de Blanc (<deblanc@riseup.net>, [1]) can and should 
indeed be a Debian Developer, non-uploading right now.

We have gone through New Member process, did both the P&P and T&S,
adapting a bit for a non-uploading involvement. She shows good 
understanding of the principles behind Debian, how to interact within
the community and with the infrastructure, and has shown active 
involvement through his work on the Debian Outreach team and recently
in the Debian Anti Harassment team.

2017-09-02 14:40	larjona	-	I am very sorry; I'd like to manage Molly's process but I'm quite overwhelmed with my current Debian commitments. In addition to this, I was the AM of a person in the old NM process and the process got "reset" or something like that during this summer, because of inaction from both parts and the migration of the system to the new process. I have a pending conversation with the old applicant to see if we start/continue the process or not, or if they prefer another AM better than me. Until that conversation happens, I think I shouldn't get assigned other applicant, so I'll move my slots to 0. Thanks to everybody involved, good luck Molly and ping me if there is no other suitable AM for a non-uploading applicant (in that case, I will try to accommodate things to be available ASAP).	yes
