This is my declaration of intent to become a Debian developer
(non-uploading).

I have been involved in diversity and outreach efforts, namely the
diversity bursaries for DebConf (15 and 16), and bits and pieces of
Outreachy organizing.

More recently, I worked with Stefano Zacchiroli and Mathieu O'Neil on
the 2016 Debian Contributor survey. Zack and I are currently in the
process of planning a follow up.

As of writing this (August, 2017), I work as the campaigns manager at
the Free Software Foundation and serve on the board of directors at
the Open Source Initiative. My work in both places has been and
continues to be heavily influenced by my involvement with the Debian
project and community.
