Application Manager report
For
Ming-ting Yao Wei <mwei@lxde.org> to become DD, non-upl., an Application Manager has
a look at all the information collected on this site, has a look to past contributions,
asks a few questions if needed, and tries to build some trust that Ming-ting Yao Wei
should indeed be Debian Developer, non-uploading.
The applicant will be notified once an Application Manager is assigned, and the AM will contact them.

After looking at Ming-ting Yao Wei <mwei@lxde.org>'s contributions and
after exchanging some emails to get to know him a bit better and meeting
him at 34C3 and the DebConf, I agree that Ming-ting Yao Wei
<mwei@lxde.org> can and should indeed be a Debian Developer,
non-uploading right now.
