I advocate Jochen Sprickerhof <debian@jochen.sprickerhof.de> to be a
DD. I've been working with him (and Leopold) for some time on the ROS
(Robot OS) packaging and have been impressed with his competence and
attention to detail. He definitely knows what he is doing with regard
to packaging and dealing with upstream and working with a git
packaging workflow.

I was able to provide some useful input on copyright review diligence,
and multiarch, but there was otherwise very little to quibble with in
the packaging of about 45 ROS packages, which was all done to a high
standard, including some tricky issues of libraries and language interfaces.

Being a full DD (rather than just DM) will help with this as he can do
