I would like to apply to change my status in Debian to Debian
Maintainer.

I have done most of my Debian related contributions as a member of the
pkg-security team, which I initially joined for maintaining arpwatch.
I've focused my efforts in the team mostly on:
 * Helping with (and learning from) review and sponsorship requests.
 * Finding and fixing reported bugs.
Doing so, I've contributed to quite a few of the team's packages.
Outside of pkg-security I currently only maintain the gmrun package.

I would like to be a more efficient team member by being able to upload
the packages I have previously worked on without requiring a DD's time.
