For nm.debian.org, on Mon 11 Sep 15:34:16 BST 2017:

I hereby support Chris West <debian@fau.xxx>'s request to become
Debian Maintainer.

I have known and worked together with Chris West on countless
programming projects as part of the University of Warwick's
Computing Society as well as in and around the Reproducible
Builds project. Chris has shown to have extremely strong and
flexible programming skills as well as good judgement and taste
on technical matters.

Chris would be an asset to have on any team and I am very pleased
he has decided to make the plunge through the Debian NM process.

I have personally worked with Chris West <debian@fau.xxx> (key
408AE4F14EA733EF126582C1B195E1C4779BA9B2) since 2005 and I know
Chris West can be trusted to have upload rights for packages,
right now. Chris has also used shared resources on a Xen machine
of mine in the past with no issues.
