I strongly support Daniel's application. He is maintaining two
packages and doing them right! I also Daniel personally and trust
his technical skills. I know Daniel can be trusted to have full,
unsupervised, unrestricted upload to the archive right now.

Daniel also has strong communication and social skills. He is friendly
and helps others to find solutions whenever he is called for help. He
was part of DC15 orga team and was helping out DC16 team to get the
conference well organized. I think that his contribution as a DC16
orga was crucial.

I have personally worked with Daniel Lange <> (key 35750B8FB6EF95FF16B8EBC0664F1238AA8F138A) for around 18 months on DebConf orga and for the past 3 months with packaging cronic and htop,
and I know Daniel Lange can be trusted to be a full member of Debian, and have unsupervised, unrestricted upload rights, right now.
