I would like to apply to change my status in Debian to Debian Developer, uploading.
I have worked on Debian since 2006, I have worked on several packages like:
swt-gtk, dico, mlterm, gst123, fribidi, python-whoosh, verilator, geda-gaf

I have worked with several teams including: pkg-perl, python-modules, pkg-electronics

I have applied previously, yet my sudden dissappearence for the last 2 years 
led the process to be cancelled after I was approved by the AM
