Application Manager report

AM report for Samuel Henrique <samueloph@gmail.com>

I've exchanged quite a few emails with Samuel over the past few weeks - with
some delays, mostly on my side (sorry about that). We did P&P and T&S, and I
performed a package review of *some* (not all) of his packages. These questions
generated some good discussions and exposed a few gaps, although nothing that I
think is too serious and Samuel took advantage of the opportunities to learn a
few new tricks in his stride. I think that is a good character trait.

Also I emailed some of his collarboators and sponsors and they were uniformly
positive.

It's my opinion as his AM that Samuel could and should become a DD with upload
rights, right now. :-)
