Dear Maintainer,
I would like to apply to change my status from “Debian Maintainer” to “Debian
Maintainer, with guest account”. I have been co-maintaining julia as part of
the pkg-julia team since October 2015 and would like to be able to help with
the porting to non-x86 archs, which requires access to porter machines.
