0506CD00A2F9DE57E498F628D599FF6101809E2A) in the context of organising
Debian-related events, and I know Elena Grandi can be trusted to be a full
member of Debian, and have unsupervised, unrestricted upload rights, right
now.

Kallithea (which has never been released because of my fault), met her
at various Debian-related events, and I know Elena Grandi can be trusted
to be a full member of Debian, and have unsupervised, unrestricted upload
rights, right now.

I am happy that Elena Grandi <valhalla-d@trueelena.org> has finally applied to
become a Debian Developer, uploading. I fully support her joining the project.

I have been her sponsor for: python-gnupg, pyrrd, pdfposter, rst2pdf since 2012
until 2016, when she got uploading rights as a DM, at my insistence, as there
was no reason to need sponsoring from me, as she was 100% perfectly doing it all.

It has been a pleasure to work with her and I am happy to see her get the cool
@debian.org email finally! :)
