I would like to apply to change my status in Debian to Debian Developer,
uploading.
I have worked on maintaining a few minor packages (including python-gnupg,
pypandoc, codicefiscale) and on other random tasks (small event
organization and the like).
I would like to be officially part of the project/community, with voting
rights.
