and help to setup deepin team. He has great knowledge about Debian, and very
good team player.

I support Boyuan Yang <073plan@gmail.com>'s request to become Debian Developer,
uploading. I have worked with Boyuan Yang on pkg-deepin team [1], and sponsored
both additions and updates to existing packages. Additionally, Boyuan Yang
maintains already 37 packages [2] in main, I believe he has good skills and passion
in Debian contribution and packaging.
