For nm.debian.org, at 2016-07-07:

I support Matthieu Caneill <matt@brokenwa.re>'s request to become Debian
Developer, non-uploading.

I have worked with Matthieu Caneill since 2013. Initially I mentored him in an
academic context to develop the Web UI of Debsources. His work led to the
official announcement of http://sources.debian.net, service who he is still
maintaining today. Matthieu remained committed to Debsources development well
past his university duties and is now co-maintaining the project and very
active at that. Matthieu has also mentored several GSoC students to work on
Debsources, and helped training one of the other current co-maintainer of the
project. In the process, Matthieu has shown very good social skills.

Matthieu is very committed to Debian and Free Software ideals, and I'm
convinced he can be trusted to be a full member of Debian, right now.

I support Matthieu Caneill <matt@brokenwa.re>'s request to become Debian
Developer, non-uploading.

I am happy to see Matthieu Caneill apply to become a Debian Developper
and I hope that he plans on moving on to be an uploading Debian
Developer in the (near!) future.

I know Matthieu since 2014. I have always been able to share my passion
about Debian and free software with him.

Matthieu has actually teached me Debian packaging during a work term
that we did together, so I can also personally vouch for his technical
skills.

Whether it is for his involvement with Debsources or with the Debian
community in general, Matthieu has what it takes to be trusted as a
Debian Developper, right now.

I support Matthieu Caneill <matt@brokenwa.re>'s request to become Debian
Developer, non-uploading.

I know Matthieu since the miniDebConf Lyon (2015). Matthieu has always
been a great discussion partner on Free Software related subjects, and
has always been able to help me understanding problems on technical as
well as non-technical subjects.

Considering his work in Debsources, Matthieu's involvement in the Debian
project is not to be proven anymore. I can vouch for his understanding of
Debian's Free Software ideals, as well as for his technical abilities.

I'm convinced that Matthieu can be trusted to become a full member of the
Debian Project, right now.
