I would like to apply to change my status in Debian to Debian Developer, uploading.
I have worked on package maintaining (awesfx, lowpan-tools) and issue reporting
(see my BTS activity). I have assisted other DMs with providing patches (see
e.g. issue 828522) for a while and I would like to be able to upload new
packages to Debian (see #888891).
