I have worked with Dmitry Eremin-Solenikov <dbaryshkov@gmail.com> for a few years around 2010.
Our common interest at the time was around lowpan technologies, and Dmitry proved to be knowledgeable
developer and co-maintainer. The lowpan-tools package got superseded in the meantime and our
paths diverged, but I'm happy to see contributions kept going.

I support their application to become Debian Maintainer.
