I would like to apply to change my status in Debian to Debian Developer, uploading.
I have worked on GNOME packaging in Ubuntu since 2012 and with contributions to Debian GNOME going back to about 2014.
I am a member of the Debian GNOME team, and also the Ubuntu Desktop team (and the now defunct Ubuntu GNOME team).
My goal is to reduce the delta on the packages between Ubuntu and GNOME, particularly for Vanilla GNOME experience in Ubuntu. Having unrestricted upload rights will help with that making the use of my time more efficient as I won't have to do the work twice.
