I would like to apply to change my status in Debian to Debian Developer,
uploading. I have worked on xalan since 2013, and xerces-c, passwordsafe,
and soci since 2015.
I would like to be able to sponsor uploads, and possibly assist with QA and LTS
efforts, as well as have the flexibility to help where needed in the future.
