I would like to apply to change my status in Debian to Debian Developer, uploading.

I have worked on some packages of the Debian Med project since 2014 and I joined the recently created Debian R Packages team.
I would like to be more productive in these teams by being able to upload new packages without asking each time upload rights.
This will (I hope :-) unload the work of other teams members.

I have also extended my scope outside these two teams by maintaining some orphaned packages, I would like to continue in this way by taking more unloved packages.
