I fully recommend Kunal to become an uploading DD. I've sponsored all his
mediawiki-related packages (and since he's a DM followed the packaging
changes via gerrit) and there was never any concern of any kind. He's
also a long term FLOSS developer and entirely compatible with Debian's
views on software freedom.
