I have worked with Allison Randal on DebConf related tasks. I can
attest for her communication and social skills. I expect Allison
to be more involved in the future both on technical work and on
discussions around the future of the project. Her experience in
other free software projects will be very valuable for us.

Given Allison's packaging work on both 4digits and parrot and also
her technical knowledge, I know Allison Randal <allison@lohutok.net>
(key 5B76E76B4AAD389A76F9BCF99688FFC1C78102DF) can be trusted to be
a full member of Debian, and have unsupervised, unrestricted upload
rights, right now.

While I have no record of having worked with Allison at all, I've met her
at two DebConfs, in Heidelberg and in Cape Town, and based on that I
think she should become a full member of Debian.
