I have personally worked with Iñaki Martin Malerba <inaki@malerba.space> (key
D5E6C99AFBB633E258B7E69FE7BC91544F3A531B) for two years in a private distro and
then 4 months co-maintaining debian packages[0] with him, and I know Iñaki
Martin Malerba can be trusted to be a full member of Debian, and have
unsupervised, unrestricted upload rights, right now.

I support Iñaki Martin Malerba <inaki@malerba.space>'s request to become Debian Developer, uploading.

I have personally worked with Iñaki Martin Malerba <inaki@malerba.space> (key D5E6C99AFBB633E258B7E69FE7BC91544F3A531B) around recent Salsa CI, where he has publicly demonstrated to care a lot on Salsa transition, on Gitlab to continue supporting Debian project pushing forward upstream patches and issues, and also providing infrastructure solutions to it.

On a side note, I've worked with Iñaki Martin Malerba professionally for the last two or so years, he has demostrated to be extremely flexible, fast learning and quite active FLOSS advocate.

I know Iñaki Martin Malerba can be trusted to be a full member of Debian, and have unsupervised, unrestricted upload rights, right now.
