I support Arnaud Rebillout <arnaud.rebillout@collabora.com>'s request to
become Debian Maintainer.

Arnaud helped to take care of docker.io's long dependency tree within Debian
Go Packaging Team.

I have only positive impressions of Arnaud Rebillout's work. As far as I can
tell he always works carefully with attention to details; he understands
Debian packaging well; he communicates effectively and don't hesitate to
escalate matters to upstream's attention.

I'm confident that Arnaud Rebillout (key
552E9F61D154770D094F163AC35ECA8920DF2D51) can be trusted to have upload
rights for his own packages.

I support Arnaud Rebillout <arnaud.rebillout@collabora.com>'s request to become Debian Maintainer.
I have worked with Arnaud Rebillout on Debian packaging for few months now I would like him to be able to join Debian community. As a first step, becoming DM would enable him to learn more about Debian community, however he is well aware of licensing, and technical matters in Debian packaging. He abides the Debian CoC as well and he is very tolerant, patience and nice person.

I have personally worked with Arnaud Rebillout <arnaud.rebillout@collabora.com> (key 552E9F61D154770D094F163AC35ECA8920DF2D51) for few months, and I know Arnaud Rebillout can be trusted to have upload rights for their own packages, right now. I am also certain he could be trusted to be uploading DD, however it'd be good if he gets first more familiar with Debian as a whole.

Arnaud plans to join upcoming DebConf18, so he can meet other Debian people and get his key signed by other developers, since he lives in Vietnam, it is a bit difficult for him to find such ocassions of mass key signing.
