I support Taowa Munene-Tardif <taowa@taowa.ca>'s request to
become Debian Developer, non-uploading.

I have observed Taowa's work at DebConf17 and DebConf18
and ever since I met him I have been impressed by his very
professional and courteous demeanor. Although he is still
very young he comes across as being more mature than
the average person I know who is much older.

I haven't gotten to know Taowa very well personally,
but from our few interactions and listening to converstaions
around front desk and Debconf, I've been impressed with not
only his social skills but also his technical skills. I have no
doubt that he can grow into a valuable technical
contributor to Debian and I hope to also advocate him
as a Debian Developer with upload rights in the future.

Even though my interactions with him has been limited, it's
been clear that he has a deep interest in Debian and already
have a good understanding of the Debian Social Contract and
Debian Free Software Guidelines.

I know that Taowa Munene-Tardifi <taowa@taowa.ca>
(key 8FB9C5D6AE7BA82B7BB1D887C51EA7006E6BDC0D)
can be trusted to be a full member of Debian, right now.

I support Taowa Munene-Tardif <taowa@taowa.ca>'s request to become Debian
Developer, non-uploading.

As a member of DebConf18 orga team, I has seem Taowa working in Front Desk.
Because of his hard work, people can get room key, dorm card, AC card without
any problem. Also for local team, we can trust him to track all dorm card in
wafer so that we don't lost any of them.

I have personally worked with Taowa Munene-Tardif <taowa@taowa.ca> (key
