For nm.debian.org, at 2018-07-29:

I support Helen Koike <helen.koike@collabora.com>'s request to
become a Debian Maintainer. I have worked with Helen Koike in the
cloud team and EFI team for over a year now. She has proved to be
both technically excellent and also a patient, friendly, helpful
developer in all discussions we've had. She may be quite new to
Debian, but she has very quickly learnt how the project works and how
to get things done.

I believe she is very capable of working well within Debian and
she should be able to work directly with upload rights on any
Debian packages she's maintaining.

<helen.koike@collabora.com>'s request to become Debian Maintainer. I have
worked with Helen Koike on enabling secure boot and UEFI in Debian and she has
been persistent, calm and have shown to had a lot of patience on it. I also
have the regard of sharing contracted work with her which totally leads me to
believe in her and trust that she is and will be a very valuable member for the
Debian community.

I have personally worked with Helen Koike <helen.koike@collabora.com> (key

Koike can be trusted to have upload rights for their own packages, right now.

Even more, I would love to see Helen Koike apply as full Debian Developer with
full rigths.
