For nm.debian.org, at 31/7/2018: I support Helen Koike
<helen.koike@collabora.com>'s request to become Debian Developer,
non-uploading. I have worked with Helen Koike on enabling secure boot and UEFI
in Debian and she has been persistent, calm and have shown to had a lot of
patience on it. I also have the regard of sharing contracted work with her
which totally leads me to believe in her and trust that she is and will be a
very valuable member for the Debian community.
I have personally worked with Helen Koike <helen.koike@collabora.com> (key
A87D003ACEB22D5C4807593CC07EAC28F721625D) for over a year, and I know Helen
Koike can be trusted to have upload rights for their own packages, right now.
Even more, I would love to see Helen Koike apply as full Debian Developer with
full rigths.

For nm.debian.org, at 2018-08-03:
I support Helen Koike <helen.koike@collabora.com>'s request to become
a Debian Developer, non-uploading. I have worked with Helen Koike in
the cloud team and EFI team for over a year now. She has proved to be
both technically excellent and also a patient, friendly, helpful
developer in all discussions we've had. She may be quite new to
Debian, but she has very quickly learnt how the project works and how
to get things done.
I believe she is very capable of working well within Debian and
she should be able to work directly with us on the various Debiab
projects she's already involved in. Being a DD will make it easier for
her to work in the cloud team, for example.
I'm happy that she has changed her intentions from DM to n-u DD; I
advocate for her either way.

While I haven’t worked with Helen a lot, I’ve had a chance to see some of her work; having known her
for some time from $DAYJOB, I believe she is technically skilled, learns quickly, and is a great person,
friendly and helpful.
Helen Koike can be trusted to be a full member of Debian, right now.
