I support Kentaro Hayashi's request to become Debian Maintainer.

- - His packages are good state as https://qa.debian.org/developer.php?login=kenhys
- - Through several DD proxy-uploads, packages are always good shape.
- - With upstream relationship, he also communicates to libhinawa's upstream maintainer
to make its Debian package good shape, it's encourage attitude. Even more, he is
upstream maintainer of groonga, I'm happy with it.
