I would like to apply to change my status in Debian to Debian Developer, uploading.
I have worked on polyml (not very widely used, but my first package) and
cowdancer (source package for cowbuilder and friends) for a while. I have also
helped the sparc64 port, both the toolchain and packages.
I would like to have easier access to porter boxes, voting rights and the
ability to perform required NMUs and QA uploads without needing sponsorship
every time.
