I hereby advocate Ross Vandegrift as uploading DD.
Together we have managed to get up to date enlightenment into Debian.
This includes the EFL family of libraries which is a difficult job,
imho impossible to do perfectly. This is not a single binary package,
making it easy to show off with zero-lintian warnings. But I have grown
to trust Ross to do the right thing. (Which includes starting a
discussion to find the best compromise if necessary.)
In this context Ross is the primary/leading maintainer while my role
is *co*-maintainer and sponsor.

For nm.debian.org, at 2018-10-23:
I support Ross Vandegrift <ross@kallisti.us>'s request to become
Debian Developer, uploading.
I have worked with Ross Vandegrift in the Debian Cloud team for more
than a year, and he has shown himself to be a good, reliable
engineer. He understands and believes in Debian's Free Software
mission, and is a pleasure to work with. He has shown sound technical
judgement and works very well as part of our team.
Andreas has just advocated for Ross applying as an uploading DD for
his packaging work. In parallel, I have been one of several people
pushing Ross to apply to be a DD for his cloud team work. A major
point of this is so he can get access to work directly on core
machines where we don't allow guest accounts.
