Application Manager report
For
Ross Vandegrift <ross@kallisti.us> to become DD, non-upl., an Application Manager has
a look at all the information collected on this site, has a look to past contributions,
asks a few questions if needed, and tries to build some trust that Ross Vandegrift
should indeed be Debian Developer, non-uploading.
The applicant will be notified once an Application Manager is assigned, and the AM will contact them.

After looking at Ross Vandegrift <ross@kallisti.us>'s contributions and after
exchanging some emails to get to know them a bit better, I agree with the
advocate(s) that Ross Vandegrift <ross@kallisti.us> can and should indeed be a
Debian Developer, non-uploading right now.
I asked Ross a variety of questions related to Debian and the FLOSS movement.
In some questions, we had a bit of conversation/debate about different
approaches and points of views. He seems to be very knowledgeable, and I think
he embodies the values and mission of the Debian project.
