Hi,

I hereby support Michal Michal Arbet <michal.arbet@ultimum.io>'s request to
become Debian Developer, uploading. I have been working with Michal for a
long time already on the OpenStack packages, and his work is very helpful.
He took care of the packages in a way that makes me believe having him
to have unsupervised uploads would be nice.

Considering the number of packages we maintain on the team, having Michal
to have full upload rights on all packages would be very helpful as well,
especially when we do a new OpenStack release.
