I would like to apply to change my status in Debian to Debian Developer, non-uploading.
I’m Debian contributor for 10 years and I have worked on several packages.
But today, I would like to be involved in Debian organization life as a Debian Developer non-uploader.
I’m involved in Debian-France association as board member and I organized the Mini-DebConf 2017 at Toulouse (France).
