I have personally worked for Vincent Prat <vinceprat@free.fr> for more than
four years within the Debian Astro Team. Since then, he maintains a number of
important packages for the Debian Astro Pure Blend. I granted him DM rights
for five packages (astroplan, astroquery, ndcube, pydl, and pyregion), and
Vincent uses those rights very repsonsibly. I would very like to welcome him
as DD, and therefore I support his application as DD to get full,
unsupervised, unrestricted upload to the archive right now.
