I would like to apply to change my status in Debian to Debian Developer, uploading.

I have been closely following the project since the last couple of years, and
I got involved in co-maintaining nginx in 2013. I became a DM one year later,
and I now feel that I'd like to get more involved in the project.

I look forward to formally joining the project and continue my debian work for
the years to come.
