I support Kyle Robbertze <krobbertze@gmail.com>'s request to become Debian Developer, uploading.  

I've known him since he joined the videoteam at DebConf16 in Cape Town, and
he very quickly became a valued and respected member of that team.  Since
then, I have personally worked together with him on videoteam documentation,
collaboratively copy-editing the existing texts, and have been very happy
with his contribution.  Though I have no first-hand knowledge of his packaging
skills, I believe his full membership in the project to be both welcome and
well-deserved.
