I would like to apply to change my status in Debian to Debian Maintainer.
I have worked on a handful of Ruby gems and Node modules for a while.
I have also helped the Ruby, Node, and Golang teams in updating, fixing tests and bugs, too.
And thus I would like to be able to upload some of the packages I maintain on my own.
